Stephen has over ten years of experience with Autodesk Maya in academia. He has experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite, principally, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. His work in 3D Animation focuses on hard surface modeling, though he is accomplished in texturing and rendering. Stephen enjoys every opportunity to tell a good story, be it through an image or the written word. His passion for storytelling has produced three novels and an epic fantasy series still in the works. When he isn’t writing, he is busy designing contraptions of the steampunk variety and gobbling up every bit of knowledge and interesting fact he can find. He likes video games, most especially games on the cutting edge of innovation such as the ambitious Star Citizen project currently in production, of which he is a proud early backer. Reading is by far his favorite pastime, any book with a good story will do, but his favorite authors consist of Brandon Sanderson, Terry Pratchett and Jim Butcher. He was born and raised in the Midwest United States and now lives in Brazil with his beloved wife.
